PropertySR.com is a real estate platform that connects property sellers and buyers.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Seller Terms

A listing fee of ₹5,000 is charged for each property posted on our platform.
Upon successful sale of a property, we charge a 2% commission on the final sale value.
The ₹5,000 registration (listing) fee will be deducted from the total commission amount during final settlement.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their property.

3. Buyer Terms

For buyers, a 2% commission is applicable on the total property purchase value.
Commission is payable at the time of final transaction/closure of deal.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Invoices and receipts will be provided for all payments made.
Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

5. Limitation of Liability

PropertySR.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or property.
